To future customers of Futelle
To future customers of Futelle, I have made several attempts to return merchandise or at least exchange sizes with the company to no avail. They have responded to my reviews several times saying they’ve done everything in their power to rectify the situation, however, this is complete and utter nonsense. All they do is offer me 10 to 20% off a future purchase. I would never, ever do business with this company again. They could offer me 80% discount on a future purchase and I still would never do business with them again. At this point, all I want is a complete refund and to have the ability to return my purchase.I strongly suggest you avoid in this company at all costs. Dealing with them is a complete waste of time and money. Not to mention, their merchandise is substandard. Avoid this company at all costs!
