Wrinkled, falling off the hangers, sloppy work
This was my first and last time using HappyNest Laundry Service. Customer service was helpful at the sign up stage, however, they didn't inform me of all the extra charges. The end result I had expected from a professional laundry service was lacking. I sent in table cloths for laundering. Most came back more wrinkled than what they were before sending them. They were hung sloppily, uneven lengths and widths, and with little care. Whoever hung these items do not know how to fold a circular table cloth for hanging-they looked like they were thrown on the hanger. I wish I had the option to upload photos! Several hangers were overfilled with multiple linens per hanger; these hangers broke when I picked them up from the drop off location, then they fell out of the plastic bags to the ground getting dirt and debris on them. They could have at least secured the bags. I was not informed that I would be charged for hangers. Thankfully I sent some in, but if they are charging for additional hangers, why are they putting 4 or 5 heavy items on a flimsy hanger? My bill came to about $200. I now have to spend more money and send 1/3 of them to a different company to have professionally pressed to get the wrinkles out. I did not call customer service with a complaint regarding my concerns because I don't plan to use the service again after my first experience.
