Ordered an $1800 commercial ice cream…
Ordered an $1800 commercial ice cream machine on June 23rd, order says in stock and will receive within 3 to 4 days. July 20th now and still nothing. Have sent too many emails to count and have called over 10 times and not once has an actual person answered a phone. I have tried to cancel it and I just want my money back at this point, but they will not respond to anything. Gonna contact the better business bureau as well as my state's attorney generals office as well as my credit card company for a buy back if this is not resolved soon.
