Not Satisfied!
I am extremely dissatisfied with both Bolt and its support team. The experience has been very disappointing. The promises made during the initial presentation to encourage agencies to get appointed were completely different from what was actually delivered. The reality did not match the expectations that were set. Whenever I reached out for clarification, the responses either did not make sense. Overall, my experience with Bolt has been disappointing. I expected transparency, clear communication, and support, but unfortunately, that was not my experience.
