You defraud customers!!!!!!
You defraud customers by deciding how a package should ship. 2 day service from ups and charging $65. Then shipping ground ($24). When questioned the response from customer svc is “ well you got it in 2 days” and “ 2 day service means it will ship in 2 days”. The day after this was posted I got an email from PartsHnC requesting I remove or update the post. The only reason they care is because I gave them 1 star. I requested a supervisor and was told I would get a call back which never happened. Customer service told me “I should be happy I got my part on time”. I will never buy from this company again and would steer others to find another supplier.
