Was charged way to much and was not explained that those are date coded so they don’t work with any other thermostat if dates are off.

No Assistance
Ordered a new mother board for my AC unit. The old one was throwing a fan motor error which in my case appears to have been caused by the board going bad. I installed the new one but it doesn't even power on. The fuse is intact and if I swap back to the old board it powers on just fine (I get the same error code). So I feel like I got a bad replacement board. I called Partshnc for assistance but was told that I would have to get a local H-Vac service tech out as they don't give technical advice or apparently stand behind their parts. No service and the part appears to have arrived damaged. Waste of money and time.
