I became quit annoyed when in the chat app I kept getting steered back to a bot, without solving my issue. However once I got connected to Muslima , a real person she was steadfastly kind, intelligent, and eventually was able to help me with both my 30+ supplement issue and my membership question. Bots are not for out of the ordinary and/complex problems. Pls make your program a little easier to get to a real person.
