Painfull!!!
Painfull!!! I have paid for editing on a business card and they can't follow simple instructions. They ask questions and talk over you. I have ordered post cards in the past quality was great customer service they try but cant get it right!!! Has taken over 2 hours trying to explain they are getting in wrong.
