I’ve been a frequent customer with lightailing. Never had a problem up until now placed an order and was charged to my credit card. No order details were sent received an email inviting me to return to my basket as the order hadn’t been completed went back in and there was no order there this is clear of the company have taken the money but they say they have no record of the order but they certainly must have record of the payment being received as I have provided them with credit card reference numbers and information really disappointed as generally I’ve received good product and service from them until this point now they just ignore my emails. Don’t respond showing their true colours.
