Do not trust! Start a chargeback and help others with a truthful review!
❗❗ I had never even heard of Hobbynix until I discovered multiple charges on my credit card. I did not intentionally visit or purchase anything from this company. I started on a completely different website, and during the checkout process I was unexpectedly redirected. Only later did I realize that my payment had been processed by Hobbynix and that I had been enrolled in a membership I never knowingly intended to join. When I contacted customer support, my refund was initially refused. Later, I was told that the refund would only be processed after I left a 4- or 5-star Trustpilot review. I found this completely unacceptable. At that point, I contacted my bank and initiated a chargeback. The charges were eventually refunded, but only after a great deal of unnecessary stress. I can't help but wonder how many of the 5-star reviews were written by customers who, like me, were asked to leave a positive review in order to receive their refund. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious❗ ❗ ❗
