Excellent technical support
I have several EcoFlow products and unfortunately, have had technical problems. Every single time, they have responded within 24 hours with specific actions to take, they have followed up to see if I need more help, and I have always been able to resolve the problems. "Smart" solar setups have their hiccups and I am happy to have such excellent customer service from EcoFlow. Thank you and keep up the good work!
