Dear parents, I'm not sure if we are the only ones experiencing this issue, but we've been using Turito for over a year, and for the past couple of months we've been facing repeated technical problems connecting to the live tuition sessions. We've reached out to their support team multiple times, but unfortunately the issue still hasn't been resolved. It has been quite disappointing, especially after paying for the service. Before you subscribe or make a payment, I'd suggest checking whether the platform is currently working reliably and whether it's worth the investment.
