Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. No directions included with order, so shade install was NOT smooth. Shade unraveled. Customer service asked for a video which I provided. Then said it was not long enough. Longer one provided. Then said it was not the right format. Everyone I talk to will know NOT to use your company.
