DO NOT BUY EXPENSIVE ITEMS!
My $400 Ex Nihilo fragrance arrived with damaged packaging. After a week, and initially offering NO help, the best they could offer me was a 5% refund. Do not buy expensive stuff through this company. It is not worth the chance of something happening to it in transit. Don't believe their reply. They think that the outside sleeve of a $400 fragrance is worth 5%. I regularly trade and resell my fragrances, and presentation and packaging is a big part for collectors. So either they don't understand the value of what they're selling and the market for it, or they just don't care.
