Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had when buying anything. I got an email saying my order was on back order. I sent an email to cancel but never got any message back. I decided to buy blinds that weren’t on back order, which I received. Cut to two weeks later I received the back order blinds and now I can’t return them or get a refund. The customer service rep was the most combative rep I’ve ever spoken to. Awful company.
