Deceptive customer support and impossible order cancellations
While the mini blinds by Levolor arrived as expected, the vendor's operations are completely untrustworthy. Their business setup actively prevents customers from getting support or modifying orders: Broken Cancellation System: The online cancellation function on their website simply doesn't work. Dead Contact Channels: The customer service email address bounces, and text support is completely unmonitored. No After-Hours Support: There is no agent pathway or automated way to halt an order after standard hours. Zero Accountability: There is no escalation path for refunds, and they actively fought/refused a legitimate credit card dispute. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere. Once they have your money, you are completely on your own.
