Austin was a pleasure to work with. He spent the entire day at our metal shop, installing our machine and training the team. He was very knowledgeable across the board and communicated everything clearly. Any questions we had, he answered. He had a great personality and he seemed to enjoy his job. We walked away with full confidence and we’ll be using our new machine, starting tomorrow.
