Unfair subscription renewal charge – Request for immediate refund
Mosh's course contents are phenomenal and great, this review is not about his courses or the content he provides. This is about how this business is charging it's customers. I attempted to cancel my annual subscription on July 14, 2026, around 10:00 PM EST, ahead of the renewal date scheduled for July 15. Despite this, I was still charged. Support has declined my refund request on the grounds that renewals operate on Netherlands time. However, this time zone discrepancy was never communicated in the automated subscription reminder emails. Relying on a different time zone without transparent disclosure is misleading to customers. As a returning customer who paused this subscription with the genuine intention of purchasing a lifetime membership later this year, this experience is deeply disappointing. I expect a prompt refund for this unintended charge; otherwise, I will not be continuing my subscription or returning in the future.
