Worst rebooking experience ever in 30 years. Yep, scam site showed a low price and added another 400 at check out. I tried to change the return date at least 20 times and it was just a loop. I get to checkout and they say verify with sms Do that, and it says, "something went wrong. Finally got a real person but still couldn't do it. Went to the airline and fnally got it done. First and last time I use Expedia. Somebody should start a class action suit against those scamming tactics they use. I hope they go bankrupt. Edit: my response to the generic Expedia reply. Why would I waste one iota of my time reliving such a horrible and deceitful experience? Offer an honest apology and full refund, otherwise don't bother responding. An anonymous AI placation is just another slap in the face.
