Booked through them for a flight from Bangkok-Kathmandu. They cancelled the flight, no email about the cancellation was sent to me. When trying to check in the night prior it says the flight was still available. Refund available but only after 30-60 business days?? But takes less than 5 minutes to make booking. Customer service is next to nothing, would give negative stars if possible.
