Ordered on July 1st for delivery to…
Ordered on July 1st for delivery to Spain. Company outlines they are a UK based company but ocassionally delivery from China. They deliver everything from China i think. The package finally arrived in Spain and was out for delivery on 19th July to a very well known office that is part of a world known shopping village.....guess what, the courier couldn't be bothered to find the office and so the goods were automatically returned to China! We waited nearly a month for this item and it ended up being shipped back to China! It took days to get a response from the company and they make it difficult to get a refund. So, we have no money, no product and no solution. It's simply not good enough.
