Excellent customer service -Hygger LED lizard light
I ordered a Hygger LED lizard light about 8 months ago in 2025. The product had an adjustible light intensity and timer switch on it, which stopped working a couple months ago. Since I bought it on Amazon, I thought, like most products, companies do not respond after issues with products. To my surprise, Hygger responded immediately, worked through the issue with me, and ultimately sent me a replacement switch at no cost. This company stands by their products and their customer service is amazing. I definitely recommend them if you appreciate strong customer service and responsiveness for products that you purchase.
