IKEA in Halifax delivered a faulty dishwasher. They sent out a technician after a long wait and he said they would order a new motherboard. It’s been weeks and no reply, I called their support and held on for 45 minutes o my to be told they can’t tell me when or if that motherboard replacement is coming and they refuse to exchange the unit which is still under warranty. This is worst customer support I’ve ever had, won’t ever buy appliances from IKEA again and I will share this poor experience with everyone I know
