Robert has been very responsive to my needs. I needed a replacement of an item and he helped me research the items that I need and was able to place the replacement order quickly. The new product has not arrived yet but I have high hopes for them to be perfect and just what I need. Robert was responsive, courteous, patient, and never seemed irritated.
