Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. I’ve spent thousands with this company, I won’t be anymore their service has been totally decimated. I am trying to return an item, couldn’t do it online. Now being told I’m past a ‘30 day’ returns window. When I click on returns in my account the information says I have an entire year to return it! They have told me this doesn’t apply to me, only the US customers. But it says it in my account! Impossible to get any service or reply out of their WhatsApp. Same company as urban outfitters and free people who I also shop with a lot and have also had abysmal customer service in the past months. Would not recommend shopping with this company, as they won’t answer me I will have to do a charge back
