STAX IS A MESS
We had been having problems getting this fixed for over a day, and when trying to contact Stax, we received responses from AI "Benji" promising support that never materialized. We finally called 855-550-3288 and got live support with Josué G, a Customer Support Specialist. Josué was awesome! Once he got a handle on our associated accounts, he was able to resolve one of our accounts quickly. Josué should be highly commended for his skill, patience, and knowledge.
