I was told explicitly that I am getting the same coverage that I currently have. It can also be confirmed on the recorded line. But when I get the agreement it does not have the ad on items. Another issue is they always try to oversell using scare tactics like price will go up so buy today for next 3 or 5 years. Very frustrating. I have been on hold for over 10 minutes as I write this review to resolve the ad on item issue which should have taken care of at the time of renewal.
