We ordered the woven wood
We ordered the woven wood, privacy lining shades. They are good quality . We have them on a timer so shades lower and raise automatically each day. They work well and this has been a really good purchase as it darkens the upstairs loft area and does so without our needing to do it manually. I gave it 4 stars bc two of the 3 shades we ordered had issues. We told customer service about the one that was really bad and they did replace it with a new one at no cost and that solved the problem. We never told them about the other one which is a minor detail of being slightly uneven at the bottom where it rests on the windowsill. I think we just didn't think it was a big enough issue to report and they probably would have offered to replace that one too. Either way, we are happy with our experience with Select Blinds and very much appreciated the expeditious way in which they resolved the problem shade.we had order from them several years ago too and had a positive experience and would use them again.
