I am not satisfied at all; on the contrary, I am very upset. I bought four components for my Mug Press, which I purchased from you a few years ago. The components don't work with my machine. I tried to find a solution but couldn't. I asked for help, but you didn't offer one either. I requested a refund, but the response was that they don't offer refunds, only store credit at ProWord. This is useless to me because they don't even sell the Mug Presses that would work with the components I bought. Either way, there's no solution for me; I'm left with nothing but losing my money.
