I originally left this review after being charged 1,290 THB for the subscription renewal, which I did not intend to continue after the 35 THB trial. At the time, I was frustrated because I had not expected the renewal charge and was concerned about getting a refund. After I contacted PDFAid's customer support, they reviewed my request and confirmed that they would process a refund. They advised that it could take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on my credit card. I have now received the refund on my credit card as promised. Although I was unhappy with the automatic renewal charge, I appreciate that the company resolved my case and honored the refund request. I am updating my review to reflect the final outcome of my experience.
