Constant downtime - totally unusable for web calls. Most unreliable provider I ever experienced. Stuck in a contract with full regrets. Think twice before signing up.

Worst Wifi Provider. Dishonest
Worst Wifi Provider. Dishonest and will avoid providing technical resolution. Internet is usable. With repeated intermittent downtime. That makes the internet usable. When contact for support, staff dispel it as a modem placement issue and refuse to provide further assistance, instead offering a $50 monthly fee waival as a compensation for poor connectivity. Staff share clause that the company is not obliged to ensure wifi service is usable for customer and disallow any cancellation of contract So the goal is to lock you in irregardless of whether the product is user
Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost. Do not sign up for a internet that does not even work just to save couple of dollars per month. Internet is bandwidth is way below promised standards. Technical support blame issue on device age instead of focusing on fix. Research for multiple IMDA penalty due to outage and read other customers review before signing up Do not regret
Buyer's Beware - IMDA Investigation
Buyer's Beware - Do not sign on due to cheap price, broadband service is unuseable, consistently intermittent. Drop off constantly during video call. Drop off constantly during peak hours. Technical service is a hoax. Technician will seek to convince and delude you that internet is fine. Despite objective speed test showing bandwidth achieving under 10% of promised bandwidth. Company will seek to tie you into contract and force you into paying penalty. Despite malfunctions and inability to resolve service issues. Seek IMDA assistance at QSM>imda.gov.sg and contact number at 6377 3800, if you are stuck in similiar situation. IMDA has launched several investigation into provider for malfunction.

Avoid at all cost - intermittent connection since sign up, technician unable to fix issue and tried to convince me that is it fine. Price is cheap for a reasonable, simply check out other ppl reviews and you will know. Never knew such provider exist

Customer Services is unethical - acknowledged that there is a issue with connection but attempted to close the servicing ticket claim job was done Avoid at all cause - almost scam like
