Good driving service, booking system could be improved
Hi, One area for improvement would be the payment process. During our conversations with First Charter, we were not given much guidance on how payment should be handled. It would be helpful if your accounting team could be included in the booking process so that payment requirements and timelines are clear from the beginning. There were a few miscommunications, as the payment department was not aware of our booking, and I had to follow up several times to ensure payment was completed within the required 5-day window. Since AMEX was not accepted and the EFT option was no longer available due to the deadline, I ended up using my personal credit card to make the payment. Having the accounting team involved earlier would make the process much smoother for everyone and help avoid similar issues in the future. Aside from that, we were very satisfied with the driver and the overall transportation service. Thank you.
