Great Frame and Wonderful Customer Service
I purchased the Nixplay frame a few years ago for my elderly parents as an anniversary gift. It was a wonderful way for them to receive/view photos and keep in touch with the lives of their adult grandchildren, and also a new great-grandchild! The larger screen was especially helpful for my mom, who had declining eyesight and had trouble seeing photos on a phone. My parents have since passed away, and I wanted to preserve the photos that had been shared. I couldn't find the remote to the unit, so I reached out to Nixplay customer service. Their IT tech Joe responded right away and was so helpful in providing a link to purchase a new remote, and walking me through the steps to reset the frame for our own use.
