I’ve been trying to return my glasses…
I’ve been trying to return my glasses since 6/5/26. It’s now 7/23/26 and they still haven’t sent me my return label. I email every day and call customer service. No one ever picks up and they respond maybe to my emails every 2 wks with the same answer. We will send you the return label. Then nothing for weeks! Hate this company worst customer service ever! I’ve spent half my summer so far dealing with this return.
