had a very disappointing experience with customer service representative Mae. Throughout our interaction, she was rude, dismissive, and came across as disingenuous. Even after I politely corrected her on my name, she continued to address me by the wrong name, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. The reason I contacted Thumbtack in the first place was because I never received the free leads that were promised for maintaining the required budget. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the interaction only added to my frustration. Customer service should make customers feel heard and valued, especially when they’re simply asking the company to honor a promised benefit. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope Thumbtack addresses both the missing promotional leads and the quality of customer service its representatives provide.
