Fake stock, endless delays, and terrible support
If you sell on online marketplaces, stay away from CJ Dropshipping. It is completely untrustworthy and unreliable. Fake inventory: They list products as in-stock, but they don't actually have them in their warehouse. Orders sit stuck in "Pending" for 10 to 12 days without shipping. Support only gives excuses: Every time you ask, support repeats the exact same script: "it will arrive in 1–2 days" or "we are checking with the warehouse." Nothing ever ships on time. Non-existent quality control: In a previous order, they shipped a completely wrong item with missing parts, argued it was "wearable" (for a car part!), and tried to get away with a ridiculous $2 refund. Risk of account suspension: Because of their constant delays and phantom inventory, I was forced to cancel multiple orders out of pocket. I am moving all my business back to Eprolo immediately to prevent marketplaces from shutting down my store. Avoid this platform.
