MY ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE
I placed my order with SPARTAN last July 3, 2026 and was assigned SPUS1183901 as my order number. After weeks of waiting, and several visits to my mail lockbox, my order never arrived. They urged me to look at the perimeters of my townhouse and check with my neighbors and ask if they saw the package. There was none and the thing is, Canada Post delivers small items directly to the mailbox assigned to my unit not anywhere else. I followed up with their customer service and the AI receptionist kept insisting it was already delivered based on their tracking report. Eventually, the AI receptionist told me that she will endorse my complaint to a human staff. Until now, no one bothered to call me. I'm beginning to feel I got scammed. UPDATE 7/24 I received an automated AI response from Spartan as shown in their message below. I was asked to contact their customer service. I have tried doing that and all I got was an AI auto reply that based on their tracking report, my order was already delivered. I vehemently deny having received my order. I will not go to this extent if I have it with me already. I am being given a run around. I will not stop until I get my order or they give me a refund.
