Excellent Customer Service
I ordered the PC and then decided to change some components the next day, but that was not a problem. I called customer service and talked with Oliver, and he made the changes for me. Jay F was the sales rep who I worked with via email, and he was very helpful, he confirmed that the changes to the order were made before assembly began and provided updates throughout the process. The computer arrived the following week and is working great. This is the second PC I have ordered from Origin, they build great products and provide excellent service.
