Three days ago, I called in and spoke with "EL" who was kind and very helpful. Then yesterday I called back and spoke with "EL" who remembered me and helped me complete my actions. In an age were you frequently get different customer service providers, it is nice to know that Horizon Trust remembers its clients and the employees are personable and helpful. Thanks.
