El was a great help this week. My Roth conversion and contribution checks took much longer to clear that previous times for an unknown reason and I was anxious I wasn't going to meet my investment deadline, so I called in several days in a row to nudge progress and troubleshoot back up options if necessary. El received every one of my calls and was polite, helpful and prompt. She exhibited zero frustration with my "squeaky wheel gets the grease approach" and was very willing to help troubleshoot, and she followed up promptly when she said she would. I wasn't thrilled by how long the overall process took this round, but I was extremely pleased with El's support.

I just had a great customer service experience and wish it were like that every time I contact you, but it hasn't been. I have been a client for many years, and this is the first time I have left the call smiling. The lady who picked up the phone deserves a raise! Other than this experience, I would rate this company 2 stars and wish I could find someone at Horizon who would pick up the phone and speak with me. I just get emails and promises.
