Horrible product & service experience
I ordered from Filterbuy a few times without problems. My last order of 3 filters was horrible. They fit my Carrier unit fine but the quality wasn't there. When checking the filter after 30 days, the center was a complete hole. The filter I removed before it was installed 90 days and had lost almost all of the white material that does the actual filtering of the air. Needless to say the quality of the material used is no longer there. After reporting this information with a picture to them they didn't care or even state they're having a temporary problem. Nor did they offer a credit, replacement or refund. That said, I do not recommend this company to anyone. I understand problems can arise with any company. Yet as someone in sales over 45 years I know it's how a problem is handled that retains a customer. For those two reasons I do not recommend Filterbuy!
