I tried to return a dress I’d bought online within the allowed 30 day window. It was not a sale item. The online return form would only come up as an exchange for the exact same item in the same size. I tried doing the return from my iPad, my SurfacePro, and my Android phone. All came up the same way. The only customer service phone number I could find was actually for their store in Soho, who were not able to help with online orders. They couldn’t provide a different phone number either. This is ridiculous for such a large, international company.
