I’m extremely disappointed with Infimobile. I signed up expecting a straightforward prepaid plan with transparent pricing, but the experience turned out to be very frustrating. Starting in the second year, the price increased by around 30%, and they added an additional $20 in fees, which is simply unreasonable and was not clearly disclosed upfront. Even more frustrating, they made the port-out process extremely difficult, creating additional hassle when trying to switch carriers. I am pretty sure they did some shady things on their end, their data speeds are running way faster than other carrier i've used. The lack of pricing transparency and the difficult cancellation/port-out experience make the service feel dishonest and misleading. I would strongly recommend staying away from this carrier if you value clear pricing and a hassle-free customer experience.
