employee changing order not as promised
I had talk to one of your representative and they agreed to cancel lots of the items as they were duplicates and more money than I wanted or plan to spend and I was very happy but then for some reason they all came and I was charged way more than agreed to and they arrived at my home on 3 boxes and 1 bag in the hot sun and melted and I am disabled and handy capped and couldn't bring in door had to get my brother over another day to get them indoors. I am very unhappy and not buying extra items for this reason. You took my money for item that I didn't want and the sun destroyed. Every other month I ordered extra things and they came without a problem and were the right items. I am not a happy customer and my kids are very disappointed. I think you need to fix this.
