The product is great ! Time will tell if it helps with my pains , but so far the warmth on the area helps. Anytime I have contacted the company they responded quickly and courteously. Thoroughly recommend! Update- 6th august- it’s not charging . Have emailed company today so will hopefully hear back soon !
