Don’t waste your time or money!!!
I bought a dress from Nerdy Wave and the quality was nothing like what was shown on their website. The design looked very cheap and the print itself was really blurry. When I contacted the company, they ignored the 2 emails I had sent looking for a refund/follow up email. The only time they responded was after I left comments on their Facebook posts almost two weeks later. They first offered me a 15% refund, which I declined. Then they offered 30%, which I also declined because the product was completely misrepresented. They then offered me a full refund minus the cost of shipping. I told them I had already contacted my bank, they stopped replying. Please do not buy anything from this company. It’s a waste of money, and I don’t want anyone else going through what I did just to get £41 back from scammers.
