The company and their people are excellent. The Bruno stairlife works, but it is installed over a wood stair case and has a metal rail. The flex of the wood and the metal make it too noisy. Many times we thought it would break, but the service tech assured us that it would not and even if one tower failed, the others would not. Again, we could not live without it but it is too noisy. Also, I greased the track and the service tech told me that I used too much grease. There were no guide lines for noise reduction or on how much grease to us. Thanks for asking.
