Don't believe anything with 4 stars, Lashaun who handled my wash was some random person. My items were washed and folded as usual. However, I got my whites back yellow and dingy, burned and torn dresses and skirts. My order was 60 dollars with insurance. I reported the incident through email and the prompts on the site approved 1 damaged item would never work. It would not allow multiple items to add. I asked for help and was just told to keep filling out the order form. This was a horrible experience, I warn everyone if you want people to ruin your clothes with no responsibility this is the platform. I will never use the Poplin service again. And "Lashaun" if thats a real person's name should held accountable as well.
