I have auto ship so it wasn't until 2 weeks later that I noticed that my refills never arrived. Asked all neihbors but also saw no evidence on Ring that it was ever delivered (UPS doesn't provide pic either). I filed a claim with UPS and was offered a re-ship or refund from SodaStream. Always 5 star customer Service!!
