I had to book a flight quickly because i had a train ticket in 3h, i got the booking confirmation but not the ticket itself. I didnt board the train because if i didnt have the flight tickets it would have been a bigger issue and a few hours later they told me the tickets are canceled. Really unsatified as i would have been happy to pay more just to have the flight ticket.
